iCloud Backup
Your design work is incredibly important so it's vital that your projects are securely backed up. The safest way to backup your projects is by including the Morpholio Board app in your device's iCloud backup. Having iCloud Backup turned on will also help you load all of your projects onto a new device.
Important Note
If you do not have iCloud backup turned on for your device and/or do not have a Manual Backup of your Board projects, there is no way to recover your Trace projects if your device is lost or damaged.
How to Backup Your Projects with iCloud Backup
Step 1. Open the Settings App
Your device's iCloud Backup is managed by Apple in the Settings app. It is not managed by Morpholio or in the Morpholio Board app.
Step 2. Open Backup Settings
With one finger, pull down on the left-hand sidebar. This will reveal a search bar. Search for "Backup".
Step 3. Back Up Device
Turn on "Back Up This iPad" to save all of your data and apps, including Morpholio Board to your iCloud Backup. This will ensure that all of your Board projects are safe, even if you no longer have your device.
Pro Tip
If you don't want to use iCloud Backup, you can back up your device to your Mac by following these instructions from Apple.
Step 4. Confirm Board Backup is Turned On
Tap on your device in the Device Backup List. Next, make sure that "Board" is toggled on for your device's back.
